MULTI-MEDIA CLASSES at TDS
Summer 2008

click here for a printable REGISTRATION FORM

Registration at The Drawing Studio is on a first-come, first served basis. If a class is full, we will maintain a waiting list, and if space opens up, notify people in the order they are listed. We do not take reservations for classes to be offered in the following session. A registration is not complete until a financial transaction has taken place.

Waiting until the last minute to register is not advisable. If a class does not have at least 5 people registered in the 3 or 4 days preceding the first session, we usually cancel the class.

We open registration at 9 AM on the day we estimate the newsletter will be in people's mailboxes. We are making every effort to post the schedule on-line in advance of the beginning of registration for planning purposes.

Our Supply Lists are PDF (Portable Document Format) files. You need Adobe® Reader® to view these files. Most newer systems come with Reader installed, so all you have to do is double click on the Supply List link for the class you want and Reader® will open automatically. If your system doesn't have Reader® installed, it's a free download from Adobe®. Get it by clicking on the logo at right. After you install it, come back to this page and get/print the supply list(s) you want.

All Summer classes meet at 33 South 6th Avenue unless otherwise noted.

Interpreting People
Taught by Pat Marohn
Six Tuesday mornings, 8:30 – 11:30 AM
Aug. 5 – Sept. 9

This is not a portrait class! It is a course in the observation and interpretation of the “inner” person behind the “outer” mask. It is a way to create a personal and creative work rather than a mug shot. You will learn how to identify a person by getting in touch with attitude, posture, mannerisms, and other personal signals. And just for fun, you will learn the art of characterization by careful observation of your classmates, one at a time!
Fee: $145 (Associates $130)
