Outreach to Youth Communities

Through a partnership between the Tucson Police Department and The Drawing Studio’s Youth Program, TDS teaching artists Joe Marshall (standing, third from left) and Tanya Rich (sitting, second from left) have worked with a group of young people ages 10-15 on various art projects over the past year, including this mural that will be installed at the new Police Athletic League youth facility on Main near Second St. This partnership is made possible largely through the generosity of individuals donating to the TDS Annual Fund and participating in the Downtown Drawabout
